Key Responsibilities Include
- Prepare individual, state, and corporate tax returns
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries
- Prepare and analyze annual and quarterly financial statements
- Provide financial consulting services and IRS audit support
- Maintain and audit clients' financial records and accounts for errors, misinformation, fraud, and overspending
- Perform duties related to bookkeeping, maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance
- Transcribing Chinese (mandarin) financial accounting statements to English financial accounting statements
- Perform duties related to payroll clerk, pays employees by calculating pay and deductions; issuing checks;
- Preparing and filing sales and use tax returns.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting concentrated major
- 2 years of accounting and tax related experience
- Passed IRS Enrolled Agent exams or an equivalent level of education
- Chinese speaking, writing and typing
