Key Responsibilities Include

1. Prepare individual, state, and corporate tax returns

2. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries 

3. Prepare and analyze annual and quarterly financial statements

4. Provide financial consulting services and IRS audit support

5. Maintain and audit clients' financial records and accounts for errors,  misinformation, fraud, and overspending

6. Perform duties related to bookkeeping,  maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance

7. Transcribing Chinese (mandarin) financial accounting statements to English financial accounting statements

8. Perform duties related to payroll clerk, pays employees by calculating pay and deductions; issuing checks;

9. Preparing and filing sales and use tax returns.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting concentrated major

• 2 years of accounting and tax related experience

• Passed IRS Enrolled Agent exams or an equivalent level of education

• Chinese speaking, writing and typing
